Welcome to Hubbmall.com. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hubbmall website, mobile applications, and the Ping AI shopping assistant (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Hubbmall Ecosystem

Hubbmall is a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce ecosystem. We operate as a primary retailer and a host for Authentic Brand Stores.

Phonehubb: All transactions involving consumer electronics are supported via our specialized affliate & sister brand, Phonehubb.
No Third-Party Sellers: To guarantee authenticity, Hubbmall does not host independent third-party sellers. All goods are sourced directly by Hubbmall or through authorized Brand Stores.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Hubbmall reserves the right to terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity or violate these Terms.

3. Ping AI: Your Shopping Assistant

Ping is a proprietary AI tool designed to provide technical advice and style recommendations.

Nature of Advice: Ping’s recommendations are based on a dataset of over 100,000 product points. While Ping is highly accurate, its output is for informational purposes.
Final Decision: The final choice to purchase rests with the user. Hubbmall is not liable for dissatisfaction if a product meets its technical specifications but does not meet a user's subjective expectation.
Prohibited Use: Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer Ping or use bots to scrape data from the AI interface.

4. Pricing and Payments

Global Pricing: We strive to offer global-standard pricing. Prices are subject to change based on international exchange rates and market conditions.
Payments: We accept major Nigerian debit cards, bank transfers, and international payment methods.
Errors: In the event of an obvious pricing error, Hubbmall reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Partners: International and express national shipping are handled by DHL and GIG Logistics (GIGL).
Fees: International shipping starts at a base of ₦30,000. Final fees and import duties are calculated after order placement and are the responsibility of the customer.
Next-Day Delivery: Available for select national routes via DHL for orders placed before 12:00 PM.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Restocking

Standard Returns: Customers have 7 days to initiate a return for sealed, unused items.
Change of Mind: If a return is due to a change of preference (not a defect), the item must be sealed in its original packaging. These returns are subject to:
1. A 30% Restocking Fee.
2. The Customer covering all return shipping costs.
Defective Items: Verified manufacturer defects are eligible for a full refund or replacement with no fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including the name "Hubbmall," "Phonehubb," the "Ping" AI interface, and all logos, is the exclusive property of PMTechnology (PMTL). Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hubbmall is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform.
Delays caused by third-party carriers (DHL/GIGL) or customs clearance.
Damages resulting from power surges, act of God or misuse of electronic devices.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Lagos, failing which they shall be referred to the Competition and Consumer Protection Tribunal.
