REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

At HUBBMALL , our model is built on trust. We guarantee 100% authenticity for every product. If your purchase does not meet the "World-Class" standard we promise, we are here to make it right.

1. The 7-Day "Cooling Off" Window

In accordance with Nigerian consumer rights, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or refund request for most items purchased on hubbmall.com

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition as received. Unopened, unused, and with all original tags/seals intact.

  • Packaging: All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and "freebies" must be included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation email is required.

  • Security: For electronic devices (Phones, Laptops, Tablets), all passwords, biometric locks (FaceID/Fingerprint), and iCloud/Google accounts must be removed before return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and security reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened software or activated digital licenses.

  • Personal care or hygiene-sensitive items (earbuds, wearable health tech if unsealed).

  • Items damaged by power surges, act of God, water, or unauthorized third-party repairs.

  • "Change of Mind" returns on items where the factory seal has been broken.

4. Defective or "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) Products

If a product has a verified manufacturer defect:

  • Electronics are covered by an initial Hubbmall check. If a defect is confirmed within the first 7 days, we offer a Full Refund or Immediate Replacement.

  • Brand Stores: Items purchased from Official Brand Stores (Samsung, Apple, Dell, etc.) are covered by the Official Manufacturer Warranty. Hubbmall will facilitate the warranty claim for you at our local service hubs.

5. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our technical team (usually within 24–48 hours):

  1. Approval: We will notify you via email/SMS if your refund is approved.

  2. Payment: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Card, or Store Credit).

  3. Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

6. Return Shipping Fees

  • Defective/Wrong Items: If we sent the wrong item or it is defective, Hubbmall covers 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: If the return is due to a change of preference and the item is still sealed the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and item is subject to a 30% restock fee.
