SHIPPING POLICY

At Hubbmall, we have engineered a global-to-local supply chain to ensure your products move from our international/local hubbs to your doorstep with industry-leading speed and security. By eliminating middlemen, we maintain total control over your package until it reaches your hands.

1. Delivery Timelines

We categorize our shipping based on the location of the inventory and your delivery address.

Hubbmall Express Store (Lagos Only): Items stocked in our Lagos fulfillment centers are eligible for Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery if the order is placed before 12:00 PM.
Standard Nationwide Shipping (Nigeria): Major Cities (Abuja, PH, Ibadan, etc.): 48-72 hours.
- Other States: 72 hours - 4 days.
Global Sourcing (Direct from Dubai/Shenzhen/Miami/Hongkong): For items from our Save More Store, please allow 7–14 business days for specialized procurement, customs clearing, and local delivery.

2. Shipping Rates

Our rates are calculated based on the weight of the item and the distance from our Lagos Hub.

Lagos Express: Same day deliverye fee is determined on demand.
Nationwide: Rates are calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping: Hubbmall occasionally offers free shipping on specific "Brand Store" promotions or orders exceeding ₦1,000,000.

3. "Authentic Handling" & Packaging

Because we specialize in high-value consumer electronics and lifestyle goods, our packaging is designed for maximum security:

All electronics are shipped are packaged in tamper-evident, Hubbmall branded packaging.
High-value items (Phones, Laptops) include a Security Seal. If this seal is broken upon arrival, please do not accept the package and notify us immediately via any of our contact channels.

4. Order Tracking.

You don't need to refresh a page to know where your order is.

We provide real-time email updates on the status of your order. Simply chat with us on the website or via our automated chat service to get the exact status of your delivery.
You will receive a notification when your order is: Processed > Shipped > Out for Delivery > Delivered.
Orders may be delivered in batches especially when containing multiple items.

5. Delivery Attempts & Verification

Identification: For security purposes, our dispatch riders may request a valid ID or a unique "Delivery Code" sent to your registered phone number for high-value items.
Attempts: Our logistics partners will make up to two (2) delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable after the second attempt, the item will be returned to our Lagos Hubb for pickup or rescheduled delivery (which may incur an additional fee).

6. International Shipping (Within West Africa)

Hubbmall is optimized for the African continent. We currently ship to West African cities (e.g. Accra, Cotonou, Abidjan, Dakar, Conakry) via our partners DHL or GIGL. Delivery timelines for these regions typically range from 3–5 business days.

7. International Shipping (Global)

Hubbmall is optimized for global fulfilment. We ship via our partners DHL or GIGL. Delivery timelines for these regions typically range from 2-10 business days. You will receive a final email regarding any additional shipping or estimated customs requirements for your specific country.

8. Shipping Insurance

Every order shipped via Hubbmall is fully insured against loss or damage during transit. In the rare event of transit loss or damage please refer to our Refunds Policy to initiate an immediate replacement/refund.
