We believe that the digital world should be open to everyone, regardless of physical or cognitive ability. We are committed to ensuring that our Platform including Ping AI and our Brand Stores is accessible and easy to use for all.

We are continuously working to improve the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, the internationally recognized gold standard for digital accessibility.

2. Accessibility Features on Hubbmall

To ensure a seamless journey from discovery to checkout, we have implemented the following features:

  • Keyboard Navigation: Our site is designed to be fully navigable using only a keyboard, ensuring users with motor impairments can browse without a mouse.

  • Screen Reader Compatibility: We use semantic HTML and ARIA labels so that screen readers can accurately describe products, prices, and checkout steps.

  • High Contrast & Readability: Our design system prioritizes high color contrast and adjustable text sizes to support users with low vision.

  • Alt-Text for Images: We provide descriptive text for all product images, ensuring that shoppers using assistive tech understand the style and features of our inventory.

3. Accessible Assistance via Ping AI

Our proprietary AI assistant, Ping, is a core part of our accessibility strategy.

  • Simplified Discovery: Ping allows users to find products through natural language, reducing the need to navigate complex menus.

  • Technical Clarity: Ping can explain complex product specifications in simple, easy-to-understand language for users with cognitive or learning disabilities.

  • 24/7 Voice-to-Text Support: (Future Feature) We are actively working on integrating voice commands into Ping to allow for hands-free shopping.

4. Known Limitations

While we strive for 100% accessibility, some areas of our Platform may still have limitations as we continue to upgrade our systems:

  • Legacy Content: Some older product videos from Phonehubb may not yet have full closed captioning.

  • Third-Party Maps: Some third-party logistics tracking maps may have limited screen reader support.

We are actively working to resolve these issues and provide alternative solutions in the interim.
